Tuesday Tube : 1276 Altec (Sylvania)

DHT tube that can replace WE205D without any modification.
Slightly different filament current between 1.4A (1276) and 1.6A (WE205D).
Rating and specification same as 2A3/6A3 with different 4 pins base (UV & UX).
Valuable and suitable for DIY project that waiting for real WE205 series ;)

  2. Hi .. these are not like for like as the 205 has a much higher plate voltage ! The Altec - WE ‘mod’ for using 1276 tubes is fairly extensive and certainly not just plug and okay !
